Zachary O. "Zach" Schafer
Founder & President

I've been a computer nerd ever since I could remember. I was born to two loving parents who both do it for a living, and at one point or another, were also self-employed entrepreneurs.

My first job was at a grocery store where I became a Cashier at 16, at the height of COVID, and then there was a shortage of Cart Attendants, so I took that as an opportunity. For the next 622 days after that, I went from questioning my decision to do the job everyone hated doing, to embracing it, and building my work ethic off it. If it were not for that Grocery Store, I would not have the strong work ethic I have today.

Now I am a self-employed businessman and entrepreneur. I run a venture company, Have Enterprises Inc, where I help others like-minded begin that journey to being their own boss, and I run a few other small companies out of there as well, such as HaveApparel and TJ Fragrance, as well as HaveIT (You can click on the names to access the sites). I am also in charge of a few Service Stations/Conveience Stores in my area, owned by one of my business role models, Prakash. I manage inventory reconciliation, technology, and most day-to-day operations with store managers wherever needed. I credit Prakash for supporting me and enabling me to be my best self professionally. I take his life lessons and apply them everyday, both at home and in business.

I've always considered myself a people-person and a Servant Leader. If I see something out of place, I do what I am able to so that the needs of others are satisfied completely before my own. I use that leadership style both at home and in business. The one thing I've learned about business is that your customer may not always be right, but they do come first, and their needs are always crucial to your success.

If I'm not working, I'm spending time either with my family, or with my "chosen family", who are group of friends to which I enjoy their presence, I am also very partial to cigars, and enjoy spending my Friday nights at the Wooden Match. Have been for a while now. I have a wine-a-dor I got for Christmas a few years back and it's definitely a conversation piece.

I have always lived by a quote, to not waste good. It's the people who diminish their talents and do not make it far in life, and end up making poor life & financial decisions. I am grateful for those around me who not only support me, but are just there when I need them the most. Don't take anything for granted, because tomorrow is never promised.

Shoot me an email, say what's up! I respond rather quickly, unless I don't have my phone on me, which is never.
